Investor Relations has duty to communicate visions, policies and business directions of NDR InvIT Trust (the “Trust”) to Unitholders, investors and general public, who are interested. The information disclosures shall be made regularly, completely, correctly, and on a timely basis based on both positive and negative facts. In addition, such disclosures shall be made thoroughly, fairly, and in accordance with laws, rules, and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board Of India [SEBI] (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014, read with circulars, guidelines and notifications issued/to be issued from time to time by the Regulations.
We aim to provide all our stakeholders with timely, accurate and honest information and refrain from using any inappropriate wording or form, which may cause misinterpretation about the Trust’s activities.
We shall not disclose any inconclusive or pending information, which is uncertain or may causes an expectation beyond facts. Clarification shall be provided to the public in compliance with requirements of the regulations regarding information disclosure.
We shall develop confidence and enhance image and positive attitudes of the Trust as well as establish good relationships with all stakeholders.
We shall safeguard the Trust’s confidential information and avoid seeking personal gain by using insider information of the Trust obtained from work; refrain from taking any act, which gives rise to a conflict of interest with the Trust as well as comply with rules and regulations related to safeguard of insider information.
We shall not offer and/or give any consideration to any stakeholders in exchange of writing a research report with positive recommendation, presenting persuasive information, article or news of the Trust, which is not fact, or providing any special assistance.
We shall perform work to the best of knowledge and ability and in a professional manner, as well as constantly develop efficiency improvement.
We shall comply with the guidelines in refraining from meeting with investors or research analysts and from trading of the Trust’s Units during the period before the announcement of operational results as specified by the Trust.
We shall perform work in accordance with related rules, regulations, laws, and as required by regulatory authorities.
